At J with a K Music, we find the best way to bring your love of music into your life. Whether you are looking to play instruments, sing, dance or create your own rock band, we will create a custom music program for you. We have you covered, and no genre or artist is off limits. All you need to do is grab at least two other friends (minimum 3) to get started!

Since 2017, J with a K Music has built a team of talented, engaging teachers, all of whom share a passion of bringing music into people’s lives! Our team teaches students across Toronto; from in-home private lessons to group classes at at host-friend’s house. The goal in our school is to LOVE music, and have music be a part of your life forever! We are honoured to be a part of our students’ lives, and can’t wait to be a part of your musical journey too!

Hello, my name is Jessika (aka, J with a ‘k’)!

From singing lessons, choir, musical theatre, to the music in dance class, I grew up loving and appreciating music in many ways, so much so that I pursued two post-secondary degrees in Music and Voice Performance. Fast forward to a move to the big city with aspirations to be an opera singer, I began teaching and discovered my true passion!

After realizing that sharing music with my community was the best. job. ever, I aspired to bring the same level of passion and positivity that my students were experiencing to a wider community than just my small studio! Thus, J with a K was born!

- Education: Diploma in Music and Bachelor in Fine Arts

- People are surprised to know that: I love learning about animals, especially dangerous ones! Shark week is very important in our home.* The next masterclass I can see myself taking is: Mindfulness for Kids / Some sort of fun Kickboxing class!

- The next place I am travelling to is: Hard to pick just one…France, Bora Bora, Disney World / Land
