About Chris
Christopher began training in Krav Maga in 2004 and became a certified instructor in 2007. Now, he teaches Krav Maga full-time in Toronto, Canada. Teaching is a passion for Christopher and he enjoys improving his technical and teaching skills to offer the best training possible.
There is always more to learn! With the help of very high level instructors like Jean-Paul Jauffret, a promising group of aspiring instructors and great students, Christopher is very excited about the future of Krav Maga in Toronto!
Specialties: Reality-based self-defense. Train to defend yourself in various situations (sitting, standing, walking) against various assaults (punches, stabbings, gun threats, multiple attackers).

Q. Do I need to be fit or experienced to participate.
A. No. Krav Maga is easy to learn and easy to perform. No experience nessary and we will adapt to your fitness level.
Q. What topics to you cover?
A. We cover all topics of self-defense for civillians (as opposed to police, armed forces etc.). Also, sessions can cover various themes - e.g. Intro to Krav Maga, Women's Self-Defense, Public Transit safety, Weapon defenses, Escaping Holds and Grabs, and much more....
Q. What do we need to bring?
A. We keep it simple. Comfortable clothing and some water and you are set to go.
Q. Can we suggest topics to cover?
A. Yes. We can adapt the session (s) to address topics you might want to cover.
