At the Toronto Krav Maga Academy workshops, we empower you with the essential skills to ensure your safety and self-protection. Our workshops are designed to enhance your capacity to evade, escape, and, if the need arises, defend yourself effectively. We cover a diverse range of topics, from strategies for avoiding and escaping perilous situations to surviving encounters involving weapons.

Our student community is wonderfully diverse, encompassing various age groups, abilities, and backgrounds. Our primary focus is meeting you where you are and supporting your journey to develop and bolster your self-defense abilities and self-assurance. Our classes are interactive, fostering an environment where questions and feedback are not only encouraged but welcomed. Whether you're a complete beginner or have some experience, you'll find a warm and inclusive atmosphere awaiting you.

• Who:  Senior, Adults and Teens
• Where:  Your home or a location TBD (Serving Toronto Downtown, Midtown and Forest Hill) $60 out of service area fee;  Retail space available to book on Giggster (College/Dufferin)
• When:  2 hours on Wednesday 12 noon to 7pm; Fridays after 4pm; Saturdays 4:30pm to 7:30pm and Sundays 1pm to 7pm; One-time workshop or series of 1 to 5 sessions.

• How Much:  Payments are made individually
  • 2 to 4 people $200/ 1 hour ($50 to $100pp) or $350/ 2 hours ($88 to $175pp)
  • 5 to 8 people $300/1 hour ($38 to $60pp) or $550/ 2 hours ($69 to $110pp)
  • 9 to 14 people $400/1 hour ($29 to $44pp) or $750/ 2 hours ($54 to $83pp)
  • 15 to 20 people $500/1 hour ($25 to 33pp) or $900/ 2hours ($45 to $60pp)
