A cold plunge, otherwise known as cold water immersion, is literally when you immerse yourself in extremely cold water. Cold plunging has been used for centuries for therapeutic, health, and sporting recovery.
Creating Clarety offers small group and 1:1 guided cold plunges in within 30 minutes drive in Toronto at your home or at a few locations off of the Danforth in Toronto. You and your Circle will start with a guided visualization to relax your minds. We will also release negative energy and expel those things that are not serving us. A cold plunge will reset our bodies, followed by warm cider to warm our bodies.
