The Rebel in Me may be a curious name for a blog about community and connection, but I think it fits.  This is a blog about a call for action to connect with each other and our local businesses to create the community of our dreams.  What does your dream community look like?  

As a working mom and partner to busy entrepreneur, the grind of getting things done or accepting they are not, is super hard.  Everyone needs help, but we don’t all have access to it.  How can we as a community support each other?

Why does it seem rebellious to be fearless? 

We are almost born into a world filled with dangers from the hospital ride home from birth to disinfecting bottles to parenting fears of damaging our children.  In fact, when we become parents, we are endowed with the greatest fear in life – the loss of a child.
