Hello there! My name is Maria, and I am the founder of Planted Souls.

I am a mother of two with a strong entrepreneurial spirit! This coupled with my passion for plants and my experience as an educator, has inspired me to embark on a journey to create Planted Souls. I am determined to share my knowledge, enthusiasm, and the profound benefits of plants with others. Through my business, I aim to empower individuals to embrace the beauty of nature, nurture their well-being, and foster meaningful connections with the world around them.


Refunds

Payments for the Circles are paid up front through Stripe, which includes a processing fee of 2.9% plus $0.30 per transaction. This payment secures your Circle on the date(s) and time(s) requested.

Cancellation by a participant or entire Circle Cancellations:

In the event that a participant wishes to cancel their purchase, they will receive a refund, with deductions for the Stripe fee and transaction charge, provided the refund request is submitted up to 14 days before the scheduled Circle date. Should the cancellation by this participant lead to the minimum participant quota not being met, the Host-friend is obligated to find a replacement for the cancelled participant. Alternatively, the remaining participants may choose to distribute the additional cost, calculated as one order divided by the number of remaining participants.

Refunds for Circle cancellations are applicable up to 14 days before the scheduled date, with a deduction of the Stripe processing fee of 2.9% plus a $0.30 transaction fee. Cancellations within the 14 days leading up to the Circle date will result in a non-refundable fee of $150. This fee, which contributes to staff retention, material acquisition, and venue reservation, cannot be refunded and may be distributed among all participants.

Rescheduling a Circle:

Booking revisions, such as changes to the date, time, or number of participants, should be requested in writing or via email as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days in advanced. We will do our best to accommodate booking revisions, depending on availability and feasibility. If a booking revision results in additional costs (e.g., venue change, extra supplies), the customer will be responsible for any applicable fees.

Under unforeseen circumstances or emergencies (e.g., extreme weather, venue unavailability), we will make every effort to work with you. We will do everything in our power to accommodate and reach solution. We believe in open communication and flexibility, so if you have any questions or need further clarification regarding our cancellation and booking revision policy, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team.
