Chunky Knitted Hat Workshop

In this 2-part class, we’ll be knitting a chunky hat perfect for the chilliest winter days.  If you’re a beginner knitter who has mastered the basics and is comfortable knitting and purling back and forth, this class is a great chance to put your skills to work. Along the way, you’ll learn a few more tricks and techniques (including ribbing, decreases, and knitting in the round!) You’ll come out of the class with a finished object to wear or gift.

Yarn and needles are provided (please choose from the colours available here).

Skills required: Knitting, purling, casting on, casting off. Experience knitting in the round is not required.

• When:  4 hours in two sessions on Sunday November 3 and Sunday November 10, from 4 to 6pm
