Materna Vita offers an exclusive virtual or in-person circle designed to guide you through the profound connection between prenatal sleep, postpartum well-being, and the peaceful slumbers of your newborn (0 to 3 months). Discover how the quality of your sleep during pregnancy can influence your newborn's sleep patterns.

Connecting with Newborn Sleep: Navigate the beautiful transition from bump to baby as we explore evidence-based practices to understand the biological norm of infant sleep development, without resorting to traditional sleep training methods (CIO). Embrace the gentle path to establishing nurturing sleep habits that resonate with the principles of Integrative Childhood Health.
  4. Tips for a Healthy Sleep Environment: Receive expert insights and practical tips on creating an environment conducive to restful nights for both you and your newborn. Learn about the myths and trues about sleep and feel empowered to make the best decision for your family.
  5. Mindful Postpartum: Let’s touch the waters that all mothers go through during postpartum. Learn how to identify your feelings, create opportunities for self-care and ask for support when needed. Remember: it takes a village to raise a child!
