About Me

I’m a born-and-raised Toronto enthusiast with a passion for finding the city’s best espresso. A marathon runner, yogi of 20+ years, dancer, and cyclist, I love sharing these joys—especially when my four sons can join me.

My approach to fitness and wellness is rooted in the belief that movement should be joyful for both the body and mind. Whether I’m teaching yoga in a studio, leading fitness sessions in the park, offering online classes, or guiding kids through yoga, my focus is always on creating moments of joy and connection—on and off the mat.
